POSITION OVERVIEW:
Are you a motivated and passionate individual pursuing a career in architecture or engineering? AE Works is excited to offer summer internship opportunities for aspiring architects and engineers. As an intern at AE Works, you will have the chance to work alongside our experienced professionals on exciting projects that make a real impact on communities. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience, mentorship, and a chance to contribute to meaningful design projects.
LOCATION:
Opportunities in Pittsburgh, PA and Arlington, VA.
PROGRAM DURATION:
Early June to Mid-August 2026.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers on project design and development.
- Assist in creating architectural drawings and engineering plans.
- Conduct research on design trends, materials, and sustainability.
- Participate in project meetings and presentations.
- Support the project team with various tasks as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited architectural or engineering program.
- Strong interest in sustainable design and innovation.
- Proficiency in relevant software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to real-world projects.
